This professional polypropylene nonwoven pellet making machine is specially developed for post-industrial nonwoven textile waste recycling, also widely recognized as stable spunbond meltblown fabric regranulation machine in disposable hygiene raw material recycling industry. Targeting the light, fluffy, easy-winding property of PP nonwoven scraps, this recycling extrusion unit solves common problems such as feeding bridging, screw wrapping and uneven plasticization, converting messy nonwoven trimmings and leftover materials into uniform recycled polypropylene pellets with stable melt index.
It is perfectly matched with upstream shredding, compaction and pre-feeding procedures, capable of processing multiple raw materials including spunbond nonwoven edge trimmings, meltblown fabric scraps, waste mask cloth leftovers, nonwoven fabric cuttings and production offcuts. As mature recycling equipment, it supports two deployment modes: standalone main unit for existing recycling lines, or full turnkey automatic production line customized according to factory layout and output demand.
Different from ordinary plastic extruders, this non-woven recycling granulator adopts forced compact feeding structure to solve the floating and slipping issue of light-weight nonwoven scraps. Multi-stage vacuum devolatilization design removes moisture, volatile additives and tiny impurities thoroughly, preventing pellet yellowing, internal bubbles and unstable melt flow index caused by thermal degradation during high-temperature extrusion. Customers can choose strand cutting or water-ring cutting configuration to avoid pellet adhesion for soft PP nonwoven materials.
The whole machine adopts wear-resistant nitrided screw and segmented precise temperature control system, supporting long-term continuous stable operation. We customize hourly output from 120kg/h to 1600kg/h to meet small recycling workshops and large-scale nonwoven manufacturer internal waste recycling demands.
