This complete PP PE film washing line is integrated automatic cleaning equipment dedicated to post-consumer soft plastic recovery, also widely known as mature waste film recycling washing line in plastic recycling industry. Targeting the characteristics of waste film such as light weight, easy winding, heavy mud and residual adhesive contamination, this whole set cleaning system completes crushing, friction washing, sink-float separation, hot washing, rinsing and dewatering continuously, turning dirty waste film into clean dry flakes ready for subsequent extrusion granulation.

As standard plastic recycling washing line, it is highly compatible with multiple soft plastic raw materials: agricultural mulch film, greenhouse film, packaging stretch film, shopping bag scraps, woven bag leftovers and printed plastic packaging film. According to different pollution levels of raw materials, we configure basic cold washing structure or high-temperature hot washing formula to remove soil, pesticide residue, printing ink and sticker glue thoroughly, effectively improving cleanliness and added value of finished plastic flakes.

The whole production line adopts modular design, each unit can be matched and combined flexibly. Pre-crusher cuts large film rolls into small fragments for smooth conveying; high-speed friction washer strips surface dirt via strong material rubbing; sink-float tank separates PP/PE from heavier impurity plastics and sand stones; final centrifugal dewatering machine controls moisture content of finished flakes below 5%, greatly reducing energy consumption for follow-up drying and granulation process.
