This professional plastic squeezer machine, also widely called practical plastic dewatering machine, is core supporting equipment matched behind plastic film washing line, specially designed for rapid dehydration of wet PP/PE film scraps and plastic flakes after cleaning process. Different from ordinary centrifugal plastic dryer relying on high-speed spin drying, this squeezing type dehydration unit adopts screw extrusion compression principle to squeeze out free moisture inside fluffy film materials, achieving much lower residual moisture and higher processing capacity to cut energy consumption for subsequent granulation production.

This compression dewatering equipment perfectly matches our complete film recycling washing system, handling various washed plastic raw materials including agricultural mulch film, greenhouse film, stretch wrap film, express bags, shopping bags, printed packaging film and woven bag trimmings. After friction washing and rinsing, wet film scraps are fed into this unit continuously; under progressive screw compression, water is extruded and drained from filter screen, while compressed semi-dry material is discharged directly into single screw feeding hopper for extrusion granulation.

Structurally optimized for anti-winding performance, the whole machine solves the common problem of light film wrapping shaft during high-speed operation. Thickened wear-resistant screw sleeve and screen barrel extend service life under long-term continuous working condition. Customers can select different screw diameters and motor power models to match hourly output from 500kg/h up to 1500kg/h, adapting small recycling workshops and large-scale centralized plastic recycling factories. Compared with traditional centrifugal plastic dryer, it occupies smaller space with lower failure rate and simpler daily maintenance.

After treatment by this squeezing unit, residual moisture content of plastic film can be controlled within 3%~5%, effectively eliminating bubble, foaming and material degradation defects caused by excessive moisture during extrusion pelletizing.
