This mature plastic recycling pelletizer, widely known as high-efficiency water-ring cutting type granulation equipment, is matched cutting terminal for plastic recycling extrusion line, specially designed for pelletizing sticky, low-melting-point soft plastic materials after twin screw or single screw extrusion. The core working principle of this cutting unit: molten plastic extruded from extruder die head is immediately cut into small particles by high-speed rotating cutter, and the cut pellets are rapidly cooled and dispersed by circulating water ring around the die surface, preventing mutual sticking of hot soft plastic pellets. It perfectly matches upstream squeezing dewatering machine and extruder, processing cleaned agricultural mulch film, greenhouse film, stretch film, express bags, shopping bags and woven bag leftover materials after washing and squeezing treatment.

 

Compared with strand cutting system, this water ring structure occupies smaller layout space, avoids frequent wire break shutdown caused by fluffy film material, and runs more stably for long-time continuous production. We configure cutter material, cutter quantity and rotational speed according to different material viscosity and extrusion output, supporting hourly extrusion capacity from 300kg/h to 3000kg/h. Wear-resistant alloy cutting blades extend service life and reduce replacement frequency, lowering daily operation and maintenance cost for recycling factories.

 

Finished pellets processed by this cutting equipment feature uniform size, smooth surface and low adhesion rate, with good market competitiveness for recycled plastic pellet sales.
